Easy Lamb Curry

Brown 4 x forequarter lamb chops in pan
Add 500ml jar of Patak's Rogan Josh simmer sauce
Add vegetables: potatoes, carrots and peas
Simmer for 30 mins
Cover with foil, put in oven on 140C for minimum of three hours
